Touca is a developer tools startup, helping engineering teams find the unintended side-effects of their code changes on the behavior and performance of their software.
We firmly believe that testing is the bottleneck in the software development process. On average, it takes engineering teams 23 days to gain confidence whether their code changes work as they expect. Touca reduces this long feedback cycle to a few minutes to give feedback to engineers when they write code that could break their software. To make this happen, we bring a new approach to the market. Instead of checking software for correctness, we continuously compare the behavior and performance of new software versions against a previous trusted version and visualize any differences.
We are a remote team of 4, from San Jose to Calgary, to Toronto, to Miami. We are backed by Techstars, have users and customers, and are in the process of raising our first round of funding.
